Refund policy
Thanks for shopping with Sterick. We want you to love your order — but if something isn’t right, we offer a clear 30-day return and exchange policy for new/unused items only.
1) Return window (30 days)
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible, items must be:
New and unused (unworn, unwashed, no signs of use)
Original tags attached
Original packaging (where applicable)
If an item is used, worn, washed, missing tags/packaging, or not in resellable condition, we may be unable to accept the return.
2) Exchanges (30 days)
We also offer exchanges (for example: size or color), as described in our Exchange Policy on the website.
Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Exchange items must be unused and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement item (subject to availability).
3) Refunds (processed within 3 business days)
After we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll email you a confirmation.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Your bank/payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
4) Return shipping & labels
Customers are responsible for creating and printing the return shipping label and paying return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged/defective or we made an error with your order.
Please use a trackable service and keep your receipt/tracking number until your return is completed.
5) Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
In approved cases:
We will cover return shipping, and
You can choose between a replacement (if available) or a full refund.
6) Restocking fees
We do not charge any restocking fee.
7) How to start a return or exchange
To begin a return or exchange, email our support team with:
Your order number
The item(s) you want to return/exchange
The reason for the request (and photos if the item is damaged/defective)
