What are my shipping & delivery options?

We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs and available methods are shown at checkout before you complete payment.

Shipping Rates (Worldwide)

Standard Shipping — FREE
Transit time: 8–15 business days (Mon–Fri)
Expedited Shipping — $19.95
Transit time: 2–8 business days (Mon–Fri)
Important: Transit time is the time your package is in shipping after it leaves our facility. It does not include order handling/processing time.

Order cutoff time & handling time

Order cutoff time: 7:00 PM EST Time (GMT-05:00 )
Orders placed after this time begin processing on the next business day.
Handling/processing time: 2–4 business days (Mon–Fri)
During this time we confirm the order, prepare items, perform packing/quality checks, and dispatch the shipment.

Estimated total delivery time

Your total delivery estimate = Handling time (2–6 business days, Mon–Fri) + Transit time (Mon–Fri) based on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide.

Customs, duties & taxes (international orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or other fees required by your country. These charges are not controlled by Sterick and are the customer’s responsibility if they apply.
